The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AggieHub Rentals, which operates this website and store. By visiting or using our online services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).
AggieHub Rentals is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide e-commerce and payment processing services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your rights, responsibilities, and limitations of liability.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have permission to allow any of your minor dependents to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing a rental order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not transfer, assign, or sell your account to another person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
AggieHub Rentals provides consumer goods available for short-term or long-term rental or lease, not for permanent sale.
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or display differences.
All product listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – RENTAL ORDERS AND AGREEMENTS
When you place a rental order, you are offering to rent or lease a product for a defined period at the listed rate.
Your rental agreement is not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive an email confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, as cancellations may not be possible once the rental is processed.
Your rental is governed by our Return and Refund Policy
You agree that all rentals are for personal or household use only, not for resale or commercial sub-leasing.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, delivery fees, or security deposits.
By submitting payment, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the provided payment method.
- All charges incurred under your account will be honored by your payment provider.
- You will pay all applicable rental fees, deposits, taxes, and late charges, if any.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS
We process rental orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once a product is delivered, responsibility transfers to you until the item is returned and inspected.
All rental items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
- Late returns incur a 10% daily late fee of the rental cost.
- Items not returned within 2 days after the due date may be considered a purchase, and the full retail value will be charged.

📦 SPECIAL NOTE FOR COLLEGE STATION / BRYAN CUSTOMERS
Customers located in College Station or Bryan, Texas, enjoy local delivery and pickup service.
- We personally deliver your rental item to the address provided at checkout.
- When your rental period ends, simply notify us at sulobeidat10@gmail.com or text 405-474-4478, and we will arrange a free pickup from your address.
- Please ensure the item is ready in its original packaging (or equivalent) at the agreed pickup time.
Failure to prepare the item for pickup or missed pickup appointments may result in additional handling fees.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of AggieHub Rentals or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Shopify’s name, logos, and trademarks are the property of Shopify Inc.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND FEATURES
We may offer third-party tools (such as payment gateways or booking systems). These are provided “as is” without warranties.
AggieHub Rentals is not responsible for your use of optional tools or their outcomes.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. AggieHub Rentals is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party websites.
Your use of such links is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
AggieHub Rentals is powered by Shopify, which hosts and enables our online store. All transactions are made directly between you and AggieHub Rentals.
Shopify is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your rental transactions.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through our Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
By submitting feedback, suggestions, or reviews, you grant AggieHub Rentals a royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for promotional or operational purposes.
You confirm that your feedback does not infringe on third-party rights or contain unlawful content.

We may occasionally correct typographical errors or inaccuracies related to pricing, product details, or availability without prior notice.
