๐Ÿงพ Return and Refund Policy (for Rental Use)

Thank you for renting with us!
We strive to make your rental experience simple, flexible, and transparent.


Rental Returns

All rental items must be returned on or before the scheduled return date provided at checkout.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received โ€” clean, undamaged, and with all included parts or accessories.
  • Items returned after the due date will incur a late fee of 10% of the rental cost per day.
  • If an item is not returned within 5ย days after the due date, it may be considered a purchase, and you will be charged the full retail value of the product.

Refunds for Rentals

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or unavailable before your rental period begins.
  • If your order is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Rentals already in use.
  • Early returns (unused rental time is non-refundable).
  • Damage, loss, or misuse of rented items.

Refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days after we confirm eligibility.


Deposits and Fees

Some items may require a security deposit at checkout.
Deposits are fully refundable once the item is returned on time and in good condition.
If there is damage or missing parts, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your rental item immediately upon delivery.
If the item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, contact us within 24 hours at contact@aggiehubrentals.com so we can arrange a replacement or repair.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Rentals

Due to the nature of rentals, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an item has been used.
We also cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after the rental period has started.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once your item is returned and inspected, weโ€™ll notify you by email if your refund or deposit return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
