Shipping Policy – AggieHub Rentals

Thank you for renting with AggieHub Rentals! This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver and receive rented or leased products for all online orders.


1. Processing and Shipping Time

All rental orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and your order is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your item has shipped.

For customers located in College Station and Bryan, Texas, deliveries will be made directly to the physical address you provided during checkout. Our team will personally drop off your rental items at your address to ensure a fast and secure delivery experience.

Please note that:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays outside College Station or Bryan, TX, will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

We partner with trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your items safely.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Customers will receive tracking information via email once the item is shipped.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and delivery speed.
In some cases, shipping may be included in the rental fee or offered free of charge for promotional items.

You will see the total shipping cost before confirming your order.


4. Delivery Confirmation

Once your rental item is marked as β€œdelivered” by the carrier, it becomes your responsibility.
If your package is missing, misplaced, or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim and notify us immediately at contact@aggiehubrentals.comΒ or via text message at (405) 474-4478.
We will assist you in coordinating with the carrier and determining the best possible resolution.


5. Returns and Pickups

All rental items must be returned on or before your scheduled return date.

You will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions by email when your rental period ends.
Please package items securely in the original packaging (or similar protective materials) before shipping them back.

Late returns will incur a 10% daily fee of the rental cost.
Items not returned within 7 days after the due date may be considered a purchase, and the full retail value will be charged.

For customers located in College Station or Bryan, Texas, please notify us when your rental period ends, and we will arrange a pickup directly from the physical address you provided.

6. Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@aggiehubrentals.comΒ or via text message at (405) 474-4478.
We will provide a replacement or adjust your order as needed.

If an item is lost in transit before delivery, we will work with the carrier to investigate and replace it as soon as possible.


7. International Shipping

At this time, AggieHub Rentals ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international rentals or deliveries.
